The MS Program in Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience (MDR3) is an English-taught, cross-disciplinary program. With global issues like climate change and global warming, the environmental damage on Earth is becoming increasingly severe. This program corresponds to such challenges and threats through training responsive talents in this field with the advantages of our nation's industries and NTU's academic foundations. The program's curriculum has been organized in two main directions: Resilience and Environmental Planning and Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Technology. Our program offers theory- and research-based teaching as well as application-based hands-on training, aiming to train industry leaders and scholars with a holistic vision to invest in sustainability efforts.
