Description
This course introduces the basics of natural hazard and environmental risk assessment, and some methods and techniques of geoinformatics, including geographical information systems, remote sensing, and data analysis methods. This course focuses on the importance and applications of geoinformatics techniques in the process of risk.

2. Learn the roles of geoinformatics methods and techniques in risk assessment.
3. Review and discuss selected real applications that applying geoinformatics methods in natural hazard and environmental risk assessment.
