The MDR3 has the minimum admission requirements as follows:

1)

English Proficiency Certificate at CEFR B2 (Vantage) or above

(please refer to English Proficiency Test Comparison Chart)

− Not required for applicants from English-speaking countries(+)

− Not required for applicants whose previous degree is entirely taught in English (proof required)

2)

Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university

Fill out the online application form (personal information, language proficiency, applying departments etc.)
Download the Declaration and Authorization Form and the Payment Form
Upload all the required documents
Confirm and submit the application

Application Instruction:
Fill out personal information and download the payment form
Pay the fee through bank or ATM transfer
Submit the application form and upload all the required documents online
Interview

For Overseas Chinese, H.K. and Macau Students
Application Instruction:
Fill out the application form and priority list online
Submit the application online (if you are currently in Taiwan, please choose "In-Taiwan Overseas Chinese Student" while filling in "Region" Column)
Mail relevant documents to Local Taiwan Embassy Office or Overseas Community Affairs Council Office (if you are currently in Taiwan, please mail to Committee Office in Nantou County)
